Real Estate & Macro Analyst
Oskar Crnadak is an expert in the real estate market and macroeconomic analysis, specializing in property price forecasting and long-term market cycles. He earned his Master’s degree in Economics and Management in 2022 and completed his Ph.D. in Finance in 2025, focusing on real estate market dynamics.
He serves as the procurator of Agentura Optima and CEO of Optima Development, where he is responsible for strategic management, investment decisions, and the development of real estate projects. He is also an assistant professor in the Department of Economics at VŠFS, focusing on teaching and applied research. Oskar is a member of the Czech Economic Society, an evaluator for the National Family Business Quality Award, and a member of the VŠFS Internal Evaluation Board.
In his professional practice, he specializes in property acquisition and sales, economic and market analysis, and forecasting real estate market developments. His work places particular emphasis on the influence of macroeconomic indicators, the behavior of market participants, and external shocks on housing affordability and property price dynamics.
